One of the few wedding bands that know how to start a party, Over the Threshold is made up of seasoned and talented professionals. During the last decade, we have performed at hundreds of weddings and so bring with us a knowledge and skill to keep your dance floor filled. AFTERNOON ACOUSTIC SET
Afternoon acoustic music can be perfect for your wedding reception as guests start to arrive, and include hits from Coldplay, Adele, Bastille, Jason Mraz & Ed Sheeran. They normally last around 1 hour and can be booked from 2pm onwards. Soloist or Duo options available.

the important stuff
For your standard fee, you will have the band from 6pm until midnight. During this time you will receive two hours of live music which will be broken down into smaller sections, whether that be two one-hour sets, three lots of forty minutes, or one forty-five and one seventy-five minute set. The first option is our favourite and is requested most of the time, but every wedding is different and the possibilities are endless!
When we are not playing, the band offers a FREE DJ playlist service which can include anything from the weird to the wonderful — this is a fantastic way of keeping your guests glued to the dance floor for the duration of the evening. If you would like to send us a playlist in advance, use your own device plugged into our PA system or leave it up to us on the night, then you are more than welcome to do so.
